In 2012 we worked with Border Rivers Gwydir CMA to develop a strategy to improve the extension and education skills of their staff. The strategy included the development of an internal mentoring network. We facilitated a workshop for this group where they identified the methods and resources they used and preferred. We produced a final report that matched extension methods to different audiences and identified resources to continually improve extension practices.
