Working with Liverpool Plains Shire Council we assessed the flora and fauna values of an area north of Quirindi, NSW planned for rezoning. Using this information we were able to make recommendations to the Council on lot sizes, tree retention in the development control plan and appropriate zoning. The result will be a new zoning for the area that allows some owners to subdivide in future while retaining the environmental values of the sites, which include some areas of White Box Grassy Woodland.

David has produced an excellent document that satisfies all of the requirements of the project brief in a user-friendly manner. He has been excellent to deal with throughout this aspect of the project.
