Minesite remediation has specific requirements, such as the need to reduce erosion risk and dust as quickly as possible. It may also require the re-establishment of a particular vegetation community, often under limiting soil conditions. We can design minesite remediation programs to suit the particular environmental and regulatory conditions of a site. We offer a range of services from remedial earthworks and site preparation, revegetation, maintenance and monitoring. We can also plan and implement a seed supply plan, source seedlings and remediation contractors or undertake the remediation work ourselves (with our partners). Minesite rehabilitation often requires more seed than can be collected from wild populations, so we can design and establish seed production areas to ensure supply.
